Cancellations:

Healthy boundaries are necessary for self care, without boundaries we feel taken advantage of and drained. This can be in business, professional life, home life, relationships and with friends. So I really do encourage you to explore and define your boundaries, protect your energy. For many years I was really loose with my boundaries and it made me question my self value. Why do I not value myself? Why do I not value my time, my energy, my education, my experience, my wellbeing? Why am I so eager to people please? So I am setting clear boundaries when it comes to my business in order to value myself. I ask that you respect them please and hopefully this will make you think about your own boundaries.

Weekly classes:

Pay as you go option - book online or just show up to a class (get in touch to check availability), if you booked online and cannot make it please get in touch and I will gladly move your booking for free once. Free cancellation 24 hours before class.

6 class pass - valid for 6 week terms (get in touch for new start date), these are flexible terms with 4 classes a week you can drop in to, 24 classes to choose from in that time.

Special offers - I occasionally run special offers. These passes are valid for the specified offer or timeframe only. No exchanges.

Events such as Yin By Candlelight etc:  

Payment in full must be received in order to secure your space. 

24 hour cancellation policy - Cancellations received 24 hours in advance will be issued a full refund, cancellations after 24 hours will not be refunded. I often have waiting lists for theses events and unfortunately have had a number of no shows and last minute cancellations recently so I hope everyone can understand and respect my boundaries on this.

Day Retreats:

Payment in full must be received in order to secure your space.

48 hour cancellation Policy - Cancellations received 48 hours in advance be issued a 50% refund, cancellations after 48 hours will not be refunded.

A lot of work goes into these events especially with food preparation and again I often have waiting lists for theses events. Unfortunately have had a number of no shows and last minute cancellations so I hope everyone can understand and respect my boundaries and the boundaries of the people I often work with on too.
