Hi, welcome to my website!

My name is Linda and I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher based in West Cork, originally from Kerry. I am a devoted student and teacher and I have a light hearted approach while honouring the ancient traditions of yoga.

I try to keep this website up to date but Instagram, Facebook and the mailing list (don't  worry I don't send many emails) are better sources of up-to-date information.

I host weekly classes in Skibbereen, Bantry, Caheragh and Drimoleague, events such as Yin By Candlelight, Pre Natal Yoga Sanctuary, Workshops, Day Retreats and Weekend Retreats.

I have a passion for movement, breathwork, meditation and learning and I am on a mission to learn as much as I can through courses, study, self practice, teaching and reading in order to be able to help as many people as possible.

I have witnessed first hand the power and magic of Yoga and Pilates and how these practices can help people in so many different ways, be that helping or preventing injuries, calming the overactive "monkey mind" or simply giving people time and space to connect to themselves.

 I am a trauma informed functional teacher with over 500 hours of Teacher Training and I teach a variety of schools of Yoga and Pilates learned from different teachers all around the world.
